Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give 48 hours of notice to either the salon or the stylist. If 48 hours of notice is not given you may be subject to a cancellation fee per the stylists policy.

Late Policy: Please note when booking, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate you. 

No Show Policy: In the event of a no show, we will require a rescheduling fee prior to allowing booking for a future service. It is also at the stylists discretion whether a future service is allowed to be booked following a no show.

Adjustment Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your hair, please contact us within 7 days of the service and we will happily correct it. Please note that if you or another stylist has adjusted your hair since the service was completed, we will not be able to adjust your hair complimentary. Please further note that this does not include changing the color or cut you were originally wanting to something different. This only includes an adjustment on the color and cut discussed during the original appointment 

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, if you are unsatisfied with your hair please contact us within 7 days of the service to have it adjusted.

Color Correction Policy: We cannot guarantee any outcome when servicing a color correction. Especially with the presence of box dye. Please be mindful when coming in for a color correction that our stylists will do everything they can, but our priority is the integrity of your hair. Therefore, we will not push it past its limit. 

Children Policy: If you need to bring your littles to the salon we totally understand, but please be mindful that there are others who are coming to the salon for a relaxing experience, and that there are sharp and hot tools in the salon. We do allow children, but please do not allow them to be disruptive of guests and stylists and keep them away from our tools as we do not want them to burn or hurt themselves.
